This policy explains how Helpaboo ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit helpaboo.com or buy from us.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing address and what you bought. Card and PayPal details are handled by our payment providers, and we never see your full card number.
- Download activity: when and how often your download link is used, with the IP address and browser type, so we can help with download problems and prevent misuse.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Website usage: cookies and similar technologies that keep the shop and basket working and, if you agree, help us understand how the site is used. See "Cookies" below.

Who we share it with
We only share your information with services that help us run the shop:
- Shopify (our online store platform, which hosts the store and processes orders, including the Shopify Digital Products app that delivers your files)
- Payment providers: Shopify Payments (with Stripe) and PayPal
- Email: Shopify Email [or another newsletter service, if used]
- Our accountant, and HMRC where the law requires it
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in Canada, the USA and the EU. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, for tax purposes
- Messages: up to [2] years

Our books are for children, but our shop is for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
