Helpaboo sells digital downloads only: printable PDF colouring books, delivered as PDF or ZIP files. Nothing is posted.

Your right to cancel and digital downloads

Normally you can cancel an online order within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this when you ordered.

At checkout you agree that your files are available straight away, and you confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your download begins. We confirm this in your order confirmation email.

If you haven't downloaded your files yet and change your mind within 14 days of buying, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Faulty files or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, won't open, is missing pages or isn't what the product page described, email helpaboocb@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what's wrong. We will:

send you a working replacement file, or fix the problem, and
if we can't fix it within a reasonable time, refund you, in full or in part as appropriate.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Things we can't refund

You changed your mind after downloading the files.
You bought the wrong book (email us anyway, and we'll do our best to help).
Printing problems caused by printer settings, ink or paper. Please read our printing tips first, and email us if you're stuck.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
