These terms apply when you buy from helpaboo.com. Please read them before you order.

1. About us

helpaboo.com is run by [Matthew Cherrie trading as Helpaboo]. Email: helpaboocb@gmail.com. [Add a VAT number if VAT-registered.]

2. What we sell

We sell printable colouring books as digital downloads (PDF files, and ZIP files for bundles). Nothing is posted. Each book comes in A4 and US Letter. Product photos may show pages coloured in as examples, and the files you download are black and white.

3. Ordering and price

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and shown at checkout. [If VAT-registered: prices include VAT where it applies.] Your contract with us starts when we confirm your order by email. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before your order goes ahead.

4. Delivery of your downloads

Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you after payment. [Links can be used up to X times.] If you have any trouble, email us and we'll help.

5. Your right to cancel

You can usually cancel within 14 days. For digital content, by placing your order you ask us to make the files available straight away, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. If you haven't started downloading, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. See our refund policy.

6. If something is wrong

If a file is faulty or isn't as described, we'll fix or replace it, or refund you if we can't. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Licence: how you may use the files

My Daddy is a..., My Mummy is a... and the sample page: home printing for personal and family use only. You may print as many copies as your own household and family need. These books may not be used in classrooms, nurseries, childminding or any other group or educational setting.

Helpaboo Together books and bundles: home and classroom use. Families may print as many copies as they like for their own household. A teacher, nursery, school or childminder may print as many copies as needed for the children in their own class or group, for educational use. Each teacher or setting needs its own purchase.

For every product, you may not: resell, share, upload, email, post online, put on shared or public drives, or give away the files or printed copies; sell printed or coloured copies; or use the designs for any commercial purpose, including as part of other products. Please ask us if you'd like a wider licence.

8. AI-made artwork

The pictures were created with AI image tools from our own ideas and prompts, then chosen, cleaned up, lettered and laid out by hand.

9. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for faulty digital content that damages your device because we didn't use reasonable care and skill.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. [Matthew/adviser to confirm the governing law and courts for a Scottish-based trader. Consumers in other parts of the UK keep the protection of their own local laws and courts.]
